We are Dan & Teresa Miller, and we love houses!  We also love people and absolutely abide by "win-win-win" principles as we buy, renovate and sell homes.

Buyers win with the affordable purchase of a home with classic character and modern finishes.  We pay attention to details and lovingly renew every home.

Communities win as neighborhood home values increase, and we donate part of our proceeds to a local organization that is invested in each community.

While making a profit is a necessary part of our business, it is not our sole motivator.  We love vintage homes.  We love and preserve their charm and personalities while renewing them for today's buyer.
